::: So I've had the flu. I use the past tense delicately because I'm still not feeling completely back to normal. But I definitely feel better and that is so good. I had energy tonight! It was amazing.
::: There are lots of ideas for blog posts swimming around in this head of mine but I've first got to tackle the work that I didn't do while I was trembling and coughing my weekend away in bed.

Actually, you are using the present perfect tense, which is a "bilan" of today's events in relationship to the past. Sorry, sometimes my English teacherness can't shut up. Hope you are feeling better soon! Let's cross our fingers that Spring will come soon and germs will go away!
